1. Agreement

By engaging Jason Phillips Renovations, LLC ("Agency") for services, you ("Client") agree to these Terms. A formal Statement of Work (SOW) will outline specific services and payment terms.

2. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to treat all non-public information received as confidential. This includes business strategies, client data, and campaign performance.

3. Limitation of Liability

The Agency's liability is limited to the fees paid for the services in question. We are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages.
